Bamboo is a "Green" product because it is a rapidly renewable product. There are over 1000 species of bamboo and we use Miso or Hairy Bamboo. This bamboo species is the hardest and is typically used for flooring products. It grows to maturity in three to five years instead of 40-80 years for most typical hardwoods.
